Plot Outline:
The
continuing saga of Dakota, Lilith and gang center on the idea that the Earth surface may
be habitable again. Miles, determined not to lose control of the underground cities
decides to launch the last orbiting nuclear weapons to assure that Earth's surface remains
unihabitable, forcing the populations to stay underground where he is the master of all
things. All Dakota has to do is stop him.
