Plot Outline:
Tom and Amy were storybook lovers, high school sweethearts who swore that they would be together forever. But when Tom goes off to college, they drift apart and lose touch. Amy never forgets his promises, however, and when she discovers that he is about to be married to Karen, she begins to wonder about him again. She finds that she is still in love with him, and she becomes obsessed with knowing all she can about him. She hires Haskell, a private detective, to track him down, and, armed with his address, she starts to spy on him from a distance.
